The Institute of International Studies is a private higher education provider based in Sydney, with a second campus in Melbourne. We are registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency as provider PRV14085, and with CRICOS as provider 03705J to teach international students.

We are deliberately small. Courses are built around what employers in accounting, business and IT actually ask for, and reviewed with our academic board rather than rewritten each year for marketing.

Where a professional body accredits a qualification, we seek that accreditation rather than claiming equivalence.

Graduates of our Master of Professional Accounting program become eligible for accreditation with CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand (CAANZ), and ACCA. These strong ties ensure you enter the global job market well-prepared.

Professional Accounting Recognised

Master of Professional Accounting earned accreditation from CPA Australia, CAANZ, and ACCA.

2022
Business Programs Launched

Introduced the Bachelor of Business (June) and Master of Business Administration (September).

2023
Bachelor of IT Introduced

Launched the Bachelor of Information Technology (CRICOS 113724B).

2024
Cyber Security & Financial Planning

Approved to offer Master of Cyber Security, Graduate Certificate in IT, and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning — our first domestic and online offering.
