Sydney Campus: Level 4, 22 Market Street
All lecture and tutorial rooms at TIIS are fitted with comfortable desks and chairs as well as other appropriate equipment and facilities such as wireless internet, computers and data projectors to support the learning process. All rooms are quiet, spacious and enjoy natural light.
TIIS is proud of its concise and comprehensive academic learning center with multiple copies of all texts and reference materials available. There is also a small non-fiction collection to help students with their language skills. The hard copy collections aside, TIIS has online database access to the broader academic world. All students will have 24-hour internet access to the digital resources of the learning center.
The modern student area has informal seating and meeting areas. In addition, the student area provides access to multifunction printers and copiers/scanners. The campus is fitted with student WiFi internet throughout. We assume every student will have a laptop to facilitate their learning experiences and to take advantage of the TIIS digital platform.
The campus is located in the heart of the city and is adjacent to a range of services and places to visit. Local attractions include Sydney’s Darling Harbour, the Chinese Garden, Broadway Shopping Complex, the Market City complex and Chinatown. It is close to Town Hall underground station and is within walking distance of the city’s main transport hub, Central Station.
The streets around the TIIS campus are full of locals, tourists, students and business people. Delicious smells waft on the air from a vast array of restaurants, eateries and food courts in nearby Chinatown. The famous Paddy’s Market, corner shops selling Asian groceries and cosmopolitan George Street make TIIS a vibrant place to study, meet friends and socialise.
