The downloadable schedule is general information. Your Letter of Offer and TIIS invoice are the definitive records for your individual enrolment.
Refund outcomes depend on why and when an enrolment changes. Review the Refund Policy before withdrawing, and contact Student Services for the current application process and required evidence.
Submitting a request does not itself guarantee a refund. TIIS assesses each request under the policy and the terms of the student agreement.
